    On the joyous occasion of the return of His Majesty Sultan Qaboos bin Said to the Sultanate of Oman, I would like to offer my heartfelt best wishes to His Majesty and extend my warmest congratulations to the government and citizens of Oman, on behalf of Japan. May the nation continue to flourish in peace, prosperity and harmony under the sage leadership of His Majesty. As Ambassador of Japan to Oman, I will continue to avail myself of every opportunity to further strengthen and deepen the robust relationship between the two friendly countries.
