The Conferment of the Order of the Rising Sun, Gold Rays with Rosette on His Excellency Said bin Nasser bin Mansoor Al Khusaibi, Secretary General of Oman-Japan Friendship Association

   On November 3^rd, 2009, an official holiday in Japan called Cultural Day, the Government of Japan conferred the Order of the Rising Sun, Gold Rays with Rosette on His Excellency Said bin Nasser bin Mansoor Al Khusaibi, Secretary General of Oman-Japan Friendship Association, in recognition of his substantial contribution to enhancement of relations between Japan and Oman as well as the promotion of Japanese culture in Oman.

   The conferment ceremony was held on 21st November at the Japanese Ambassador's residence with participation of various dignitaries.
