Sayyid Badr bin Hamad Al Busaidi, Secretary General of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ambassadors of the Middle East Desalination Research Center (MEDRC) member nations, and the Director of MEDRC to his residence. MEDRC is an international organization which was established in Muscat in 1996 under the leadership of Oman, Japan and other nations. Desalination is vital in the arid Middle East region, where fresh water is scarce. |
