On February 28th, 2010, H. E. Seiji Morimoto, Ambassador of Japan, was received in an audience by His Majesty Sultan Qaboos bin Said and delivered a written message from His Majesty Emperor Akihito and His Excellency Yukio Hatoyama, the Prime Minister to His Majesty Sultan Qaboos bin Said. Thereafter, they discussed bilateral relationship and regional issues of common concern in a friendly atmosphere.
