Chargé d’affaires Kensei Hamasaki visits JS HARUSAME
Chargé d’affaires Kensei Hamasaki recently visited JS HARUSAME, which is serving as the 51st Deployment Surface Force for Counter Piracy Enforcement (DSPE). During the visit, he was welcomed aboard by Commander Makoto Ozawa, Commanding Officer of JS HARUSAME, and received a detailed operational briefing. Mr. Hamasaki also toured the vessel, gaining firsthand insight into its mission and capabilities.
