Ambassador Serizawa Attends Prof. Kondo’s Lecture at Oman Across Ages Museum (January 13)

 On January 13, Ambassador Kiyoshi Serizawa attended a lecture entitled “Recent Archaeological Discoveries in Wadi Tanuf” at the Oman Across Ages Museum, presented by Professor Yasuhisa Kondo of the Research Institute for Humanity and Nature (RIHN).
 Following the lecture, the Ambassador toured the museum, further deepening his understanding of Oman’s history and culture.

 

 

Conferment Ceremony in honor of Dr. Suad Al-Mudhaffar, Founder & Former Principal of Azzan Bin Qais Private School (January 21)

 On January 21, Ambassador Kiyoshi Serizawa conferred the Order of the Rising Sun, Gold Rays with Rosette upon Dr. Suad Al-Mudhaffar, founder & former Principal of Azzan Bin Qais Private School, in recognition of her outstanding contribution to developing Japanese-Educational philosophy in Oman and promoting mutual understanding between Japan and Oman.
 The conferment ceremony was attended by H.E. Mohammed bin Ali Al Khusaibi, Former Ambassador of Oman to Japan, H.E. Mohammed bin Yousef Al Zarafi, Former Member of State Council and Former Undersecretary of the Foreign Ministry, and many guests from various sectors.
