On March 29, the Embassy of Japan in the Sultanate of Oman conferred “The Order of the Rising Sun, Gold and Silver Star” on H.E. Sayyid Badr bin Saud bin Hareb Al Busaidi, former Minister Responsible for Defence Affairs.
