2023 Autumn Conferment of Decorations on two Omanis

On November 3rd, 2023, H.E. Rawya bint Saud AlBusaidiya, former Minister of Higher Education and Mr. Harib Al Kitani, former CEO of Oman LNG and Qalhat LNG were announced as the recipients of the 2023 Autumn Conferment of Decorations on Foreign Nationals from the Sultanate of Oman, in recognition of their outstanding contributions to promoting friendly relations and mutual understanding between Japan and Oman.
